Voxel Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 3, 2026 · App: Voxel · Package: com.Voxelcomplex.www

This Privacy Policy explains how the Voxel Android app handles information. Voxel is designed to keep native cryptographic and encoding operations on your device. No account is required.

1. Information handled by Voxel

Text, passwords, keys, salts, and results used in the native cryptographic tools are processed on your device. Voxel does not upload this tool content to its servers.

The app may store your language, theme, recent tools, eligible history and favorites in private app storage. “Remember Inputs” is off by default. Sensitive encryption, HMAC, key-derivation, and RSA operations are not saved to history or favorites.

2. Network access

At startup, Voxel checks network availability and sends an HTTPS request to a configuration service. The request contains a fixed configuration ID and a general Voxel Android User-Agent. It does not contain native-tool inputs, passwords, keys, feedback content, advertising IDs, or a Voxel-created device identifier.

The server and its infrastructure provider may process ordinary connection data such as IP address, request time, and server logs as needed to deliver and protect the service.

3. Optional web content

The startup configuration may instruct Voxel to display a website in a WebView. That website may use JavaScript, cookies, local storage, and user-initiated file selection. Information entered on a web page is handled by that website’s operator and is subject to its own privacy policy and terms. The on-device promise above applies to Voxel native tools, not to third-party websites.

4. Camera, photos, and feedback

Voxel opens the Android system photo picker or an external camera app only after you choose to add a photo or take a picture on the feedback screen. Voxel does not request broad access to your photo library or a persistent camera permission. Access is limited to media you select or create.

The current version has no feedback server. Tapping Submit only shows a local success message; the issue description, email address, and selected photos are not uploaded. This policy will be updated before online feedback submission is enabled.

5. Storage and deletion

Preferences remain in private app storage until changed, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Voxel stores up to 8 recent tools, 60 history entries, and 100 favorites. You can clear local activity in Settings. Temporary camera files may remain in app cache until Android removes them, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Voxel has no user accounts or cloud accounts to delete.

6. Sharing and sale

Voxel does not sell personal data or share it for cross-app behavioral advertising. Necessary service providers may process standard network information for configuration delivery, website hosting, and security. Independent websites and external apps you choose to open operate under their own policies. Limited information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

7. Security

Native cryptographic operations run locally, local records use Android private app storage, and the startup configuration request uses HTTPS. The current version contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, crash analytics, or advertising-ID SDKs. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Voxel is a general-purpose technical utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

9. This website

This privacy-policy website uses no advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting provider may process standard connection logs and set strictly necessary security cookies.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Voxel changes. The effective date above will be revised before a material new data practice is enabled. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the Voxel app team at azhi2588@gmail.com.
